Community rules

These are the rules for contributing a resident experience to Namuvis. If you see a review that doesn't follow them, you can report it from the address page, or contact us — see Contact.

• Share a genuine experience of actually living at the address — not something you heard secondhand.
• Focus on the property, building, and living conditions (noise, maintenance, management, costs, and similar).
• Do not post private personal information about yourself or anyone else (full names of neighbors or landlords, phone numbers, exact unit numbers where not relevant, etc.).
• Do not harass, threaten, or attack an identifiable individual.
• Do not impersonate another person or organization.
• No spam, advertising, or unrelated promotional content.
• Content that violates these rules may be moderated or removed.

We review every report and hide or remove reviews where needed.
