About Namuvis
When buying or renting a home, it's worth knowing more than what the listing says. Often the most useful information comes from people who have already lived in the building.
Can you hear the neighbors? Is it easy to find a parking space? How much does heating cost? How well is the building maintained? You often won't see things like these in photos or during a short viewing.
Namuvis was created so that residents' experiences like these can be found in one place before you make a decision about a home.
Resident experiences and public data
Namuvis provides two kinds of information:
- Resident experiences
- Accounts from people who have lived in the building about everyday life there.
- Data about the building and its surroundings
- Where available, we show information from public sources, such as the construction year, renovation, public transport or environmental noise.
We always show these two kinds of information separately.
Not a single score, but more information
Namuvis doesn't decide whether a particular building is “good” or “bad”. Different things matter to different people, so instead of one overall score we show specific experiences and the data that's available.
